Author's Description:

Milford Sound, the most famous fjord in NZ. The highest mountain (Mitre Peak on the left side in the clouds) is over 1600 meters (approx. 1 mile) high. Just to get a scale, the fine white line in the middle of the picture is the “Stirling Fall”, a big waterfall over 150m high! Really amazing to see this in reality! And of course, it was raining. It rains more than 300 days a year :-/.
